Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are currently not accepting any returns on items.  

If a defective or incorrect items were sent by us, please contact us at returns@djanaturals.com as soon as the item is received so that we can assist you. 

 

Refunds

Refunds can be issued at any time before a package is shipped. Once a package has been processed and shipped, we are unable to issue a refund.
