Where do you ship?

We are currently only shipping to the lower 48 states.

In the future, we plan on expanding to all 50 states, other regions and other countries.

Operating Hours

At D'JA Naturals, our site is always opened for business. To speak to a live person, our operating hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm EST, Saturdays 9am to 3pm EST and Sundays 7am-11am EST.

Times listed above are subject to change.

We are closed on certain holidays but if you need immediate attention please send us a message at hello@djanaturals.com

When will I receive my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times are usually based on the carrier. Sometimes orders arrive before the expected date and sometimes a little later than expected. If you do have any additional questions we are here to assist. Send us a message via the chat box, Contact Us Page or email us at hello@djanaturals.com.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

To make any changes to an existing order, the order would have to be cancelled and repurchased with the correct items.
